Evaluations of Novotel Singapore Clarke Quay
There's stain on the bed sheet, the pillows provided was very tiny and there's a fruit fly in the room. The hotel service desk wasn't very friendly, he did not brief on which floor the hotel room is at, what time is the breakfast and where's the breakfast location.
The main benefit is that the hotel is situated directly at Clarke Quay

The location of the hotel is excellent. The room that was given to me was really good.
The staff could be more responsive - there was some odour in my bathroom. I complained multiple times and then it was attended to. However, the odour did not go away completely. The staff on the front desk could be more courteous - when compare with the front desk of other hotels in the region, I found that the courtesy level could have been better.

During the booking process I note some comments for the hotel, but these comments where never forwarded by hotelbookers to the hotel. This happens twice! Please do the needful!

Breakfast was OK, not super based on price.
I received the confirmation of room chage at SGD1082.84 for 4 nioghts, however, I was invoiced SGD1.553.64 for 4 noghts at check-out on 25th of September. There was no explanation at check-in on 21st. I do not beleive it!
