Room too small, no kettle, no tea, no coffee

there is a lot of dust in the room which comes out of the A/C ducts

No mini fridge was available in the room. No shuttle service was offered starting Jan 2018.
Hotel shuttle was convenient.
Room / bathroom was not very clean. Perhaps it was just bad luck with the room I got. 2nd day, left dirty towel on the floor so it could get washed, but found it hanging in the bathroom, unwashed.
the hotel offers shuttle service, BUT they never pick up the phone in the evening. At all. Even though the shuttle stops at 11pm.
Near to Hamburg airport and has parking...at a price (11€ - too high). Room was quiet & bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent
Arriving very late (airline problem) got to room near mid-night, only to find - NO TOWELS. The room telephone had no info' for Room Service, Reception, etc., so had to go to Front desk to obtain towels. There was no info' about TV channels. Would only recommend the Ibis for its location & breakfast.
