After booking with Hotel.info, my Marriott Reward member number information was not registered with the hotel. Why couldn't Hotel.info pass along the information to the hotel?

No breakfast included, and we couldn't see that at the booking, so and the staff wouldn't help us. So by that reason we have made a claim to hotel.de and if you can't solve that problem with a refund, we will never use your service again and warn people by using that.
friendly and efficient staff, breakfast buffet rather small but of good quality.
hotel rooms are undergoing renovation which is definitely needed as the standard of the hotel is not reached with the current standard. renovation is expected to be completed by June 2010.
