Evaluations of PARK INN FRANKFURT AIRPORT
The bed was cool and comfortable. I had a nice sleep.
check-in time for an intercontinental overnight flight. The time should be flexible to accommodate the flight time. I arrived at the Hotel 6.30am and was told to check in by 3pm. I had a class by 9am and only check in by few minutes to 7pm. No coffee or tea in the room irrespective of the cold. No fridge.
Spacious room, free internet with good speed
Old, uncomfortable pillows, no room service
My television only showed an Apple Air Play mode and so I was not able to watch regular television channels. This wasn't corrected until the last day of my 3 day stay. The restaurant one evening was closed due to some kind of staff action. As a result I had to walk to the nearby Holiday Inn for dinner. The Airport Shuttle Bus is shared with two other hotels, so besides having to pay EUR 4.- for the trip to the airport, getting a seat on an extremely full bus in the morning is a challenge - especially with luggage !!
Color room a bit dark and no basic facility (e.g : electric kettle).
Regular shuttle from and to airport. Good value for money rooms, clean and quite. Good free internet connection.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was okay but for a 4 star status, one would expect a bit more!
1.The front desk staff weren't clear about, for example, shuttle bus service. One person charged for the bus, another person said it was included in the room rate & the third person said I had to reserve a seat on the bus in advance. When I had asked the same to the 2nd person. she said that it wasn't necessary. 2. The chair in the room is properly worn out and looks bad to be in a 4 star hotel!! 3. There was absolutely nothing available in the room, no water neither empty glasses. A basic essential would also be some tea & coffee which was provided. The room never had even a fridge. 4. The shuttle bus left me waiting even though I was already at the reception and the bus left just 'before' the time it was meant to depart! 5. the pillows were old and uneven. Not at all comfortable to lie on! 6. The corridor of the hotel smelt bad.
Very crowded if you use the shuttle bus from hotel to airport during 7:00 - 8:30 in the morning.
The staff tried to find a solution for me and my colleague with a room with twin beds so at least we had a place to stay.
My room was given away due to late arrival.
The receptionist lady was really unfriendly. Free transfer to the airport is a lie, they charged me 8€ per roundtrip.
