Excellent location, very close to gas station, and airport terminal
Restaurant closes at 22:00. I was hungry after a long day of travel, fortunately the hotel next to this close the Restaurant at 23:00.
Like nothing about this hotel
Booked 2 hotel rooms with credit card guarantee but upon arrival was told by receptionist that she was unable to find our reservations and they don’t recognise our Bosch-hotel confirmation number. All rooms in Frankfurt, Mainz and Darmstadt were fully booked. We were left stranded.
It is a ´´new´´ hotel
Far from airport, better for people that will stay for long period but at same time not so close to the transport, unless you use car or taxi. Better stay in hotel on airport facilities, as Hilton Garde Inn
Convenient to the airport, easy parking, overall nice hotel and friendly staff. I would stay again.
Room was nice but my minor complaints: there were some marks on walls, shower floor did not look 100% clean, soap dispensers were not full in shower, lights in the hallways shut off unless they detect motion.

Near from airport. There is noise of airplane, but it makes sense. Metro and supermarket nearby are under construction. New biz town in Frankfurt.
This hotel is not ready. Different staffs answer differently. Facts: I complained that room is too cold. A staff told me I can increase air conditioning temperature setting gradually. It was wrong A few hours later, another staff told me the maximum setting is fixed, 25 degC. I asked extra comforter or blanket. A staff told me there is no extra ones. It was wrong. I asked room change. Staffs rejected because air conditioning is completely the same in all rooms. It was wrong. Therefore I told I want to change hotel, then hotel recommended me change room. The temperature of new room was obviously better. When staffs rejected room change, I told I want to change hotel. A staff told me I can cancel on reservation site. It was wrong. The next day, another staff told I have to pay 90% of cancellation fee. A staff told me I have to pay every week. The 4th week another staff told me I don't have to pay every week. I paid on Feb/18, and staff warned me on Feb/20 that I have to pay. I paid on Feb/22 and told I want to pay all the remaining amount, but hotel staff did not. I had to pay again on Feb 24. My understanding/assumptions: Even after I changed room, it is still cold. Always uncomfortable. Temperature setting is 25 degC. I think actual temperature is lower.
