Positive For the past two years I have enjoyed the hotel. I travel from Italy and stay at the hotel prior to flying back to the USA the next day. Negative I was unable to remove my car from the garage. The exit bar would not rise. An emplyee was called upon for help twice. The final time, she was able to make the exit bar work. She was very nice. However, I was 35 minutes late in leaving. It created a conce
