Good quality and comfortable.
Nice staff, convenience to airport, nice room
everything was fine.
For the past two years I have enjoyed the hotel. I travel from Italy and stay at the hotel prior to flying back to the USA the next day.
I was unable to remove my car from the garage. The exit bar would not rise. An emplyee was called upon for help twice. The final time, she was able to make the exit bar work. She was very nice. However, I was 35 minutes late in leaving. It created a concern for meeting my flight departure time.
I would perfunctorily say the bed.
Upon arrival at reception, I was greeted with the ubiquitous, ´´Hello sir, how was your arrival?´´ To which, I replied with, ´´It was fine, thank you.´´ A few seconds later, the receptionist glared at me and repeated her question very loudly, ´´SIR, I ASKED YOU HOW WAS YOUR ARRIVAL.´´ Immediately, the entire experience was ruined.
as a platinum member of marriott i was extremely impressed with the entire staff!!!!!
Aircondition didnt work.
Hotel was under extensive construction. Lobby, restaurant and bar all torn down. no elevators to get to rooms. Very dissapointing as this was not mentioned at all in the booking.
