Positive Room was modern, not to large, but had a very nice design. Very friendly staff. Very convenient and close location to center of Altona. Available parking (not belonging to the hotel) in the center of Altona. Negative Location is too close to railway station, which makes not very clean surrounding sometimes. Noise level is also higher due to this. The hotel doens't have it's own garage, guests need to use public parking garage at the entrance of the hotel instead.

Positive Central if arriving by train at Altona station. Parking house almost next to hotel. Good sound protection in rooms. Negative Almost impossible to park tight outside hotel to unload the car. Train station not very nice neighborhood (drunk people etc). Unsteady air condition.

Negative The Reception Manager was rude and unfriendly when we questioned the breakfast rate and if it was included in our room rate. The room rate is overpriced.
