Positive Very friendly staff, room clean and renovated. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the U-bahn station, thus providing for a comfortable experience. Negative I have asked for a room at the back of the hotel but received one overlooking the street, which made it quite noisy at times (traffic starts early).
