Evaluations of Renaissance Duesseldorf Hotel
everything was OK. Price/value ratio was quite good with the corporate rate as all others were very expensive due to the Messe around...
Highway goes nearby. There is some sound isolation but some noise is still there.
I am wondering why in a 4 stars hotel like yours there is not at least one Italian TV channel available in the TV list. This is unpleasant and not reasonable since there are plenty of extra EU TV channels available. You should not be allowed to serve italian products like 'cappuccino', 'espresso' or 'pizza' until Italian guests will get their TV channels... ;-)
close location to airport, breakfast is good
no gym at all, very old style
large room, cleanliness, close to tram, friendly staff, nice breakfast.
We arrived at 11.00 and were informed that the lounge is out of order due to renovation (was not mentioned before on websites etc) to accommodate us, we were offered 50% discount on the restaurant for this day but the kitchen was closed already off course. Bed we very hard and we did not have any view or could open a window. Breakfast was terrible, overbooked and we send 3 time to an already booked table. We´re not offered coffee or else and almost all was empty, while it was 9.00 o'clock
Beds convinient, good Bathroom. Pool is quite big
Extra cost for internet and sauna quite high (12€). Fitness center not inhouse.
no gym, no lounge
very friendly staff, price-performance ok in comparison with other hotels. tram around the corner to the city center (10 mins)
quite old furnature and sometimes loose/broken things (like broken lamps in the room or loose wall socket
Clean, friendly people,
only one power point on desk, you lose the desk light if you want to plug something in. Price hiked probably due to exhibition at the Mess, 299 Euros???
Excellent reception staff.
