The WIT STWOSZ HOTEL is located right next to the Main Square, the largest medieval square in Kraków, and indeed Europe. All the city’s attractions are a stone’s throw away – the Wawel hill, Leonardo da Vinci’s 'Lady with an Ermine”, the Sukiennice (Cloth Hall) with its gargoyles, St. Mary’s Church with the marvellous altarpiece by Veit Stoss, the Renaissance tenement houses surrounding the Main Square, and most of all – the incomparable magical ambiance of Kraków. The 14th-century tenement house in 28 Mikołajska Street always belonged to St. Mary’s Basilica and after many paths through history, it has returned to its owner. It is for you that we turned the historic interiors into a cosy hotel filled with soothing peace and quiet.
