Positive There was a kettle in the room with tea and coffee available. The room and the bathroom were very clean. There was a hair dryer. Negative What they call "breakfast" is a box with orange juice, milk, cereals, muffin. No choice possible. The box is served at ambiant temperature. Plus, you have to take it in your room (no dedicated room for the breakfast).
