Positive Location - perfect for Kew Gardens and the Thames path. It's a Travelodge; it's exactly as expected. We didn't eat here because there's a great variety of different restaurants within walking distance. The car park is £6 per day which is ok for London. Negative Having to pay for wifi! 30 mins free for your total stay....Yes, it's only £3 for 24 hrs but when you're not there for most of the time except to sleep, it's a waste. 30 mins per day stayed would've been better than nothing.

Positive Easy to find. Helpful and friendly staff. Car parking on site. It is close enough to dining places if you did not want to eat in. The menu for evening meal and breakfast looked good. I would have tried them but had supper out before I came to the hotel. Negative I am trying hard to think but there was not one thing I can think of.

Positive Good price. Bus stop right outside. Negative Curtains broken in room - Asked to be fixed but didn't get done. Key card stopped working 3 times, needing reception to re-set it. Reception would not change money for the bus.
