Good location, small room but cozy.
noise due to construction infront of the hotel.
Room decor was nice. Location was excellent. Good water pressure in shower. Comfortable bed.
A/C was broken. Took maintenance an hour to arrive to fix it. Once it was fixed, the room was either too hot or too cold, so it was hard to sleep. The customer service agent took my ID upon check in and didn't give it back to me. I didn't notice, and they held onto it my entire stay until I got to the airport and noticed it was missing. They wouldn't mail it back to me overnight, or even expedited, despite me offering to pay. It's currently sitting in the USPS snail mail system. I didn't receive a folio upon checkout. When I called the hotel for a copy, they couldn't find my reservation because my first name and last name had been swapped in the system.
