If you wish to check out manually on the day of departure the £15.00 daily internet discount is voided. A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation at The Schoolhouse Hotel. The card must be presented on arrival by the card holder. Reservations made with another persons credit card requires a completed '3rd party credit card authority' prior to arrival of the guest(s). A £10.00 administration charge is made for this.Failing to submit a '3rd party credit card authority' may result in the guest not having access to the reserved rooms and cancellation charges applied in full. Reserved items are charged to the card one working day prior to arrival. Incurred charges are charged daily to the card submitted at the of reservation. Advanced Purchase reservations & packages must be paid at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled or transferred. There will be no cancellation charge if a normal reservation is cancelled before 08:00 hrs hotel local time 4 days before your date of arrival. If the reservation is cancelled later or in the case of a no-show, the entire reservation will be charged. For each reservation there is one free car parking-place. Additional cars and commercial vehicles are charged £10.00 daily. Vehicles in excess of 3.5 tonnes cannot be accommodated and if parked in our car-park without our agreement the guest is charged £10.00 per ton G.V.W. to allow us to make repairs. Rooms are available from 17.00 hrs on arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 hrs. on departure. Guaranteed early arrival is available at £ 18.50. as is late departure. Time limits may apply.Late departure without prior agreement may incur an additional nights charge.
