Evaluations of Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel
Pretty decent hotel with qualified staff. A suitable place for people traveling on business and expats. Breakfast has got a wide range of varieties and other things are good too.
Airport - Hotel Transfer included Good Location on way to Bayer Thane Seems to be safe
Modern room Relaxing pool
Outside noise was very loud in room one evening due to a nearby event. Western food on room service menu could be improved
Free airport transfers with Mercedez! Helpful staff Nice hotel environment
The iron in the room was broken
I was not offered Airport pickup and drop unlike my other colleagues
Nice and friendly welcome at the check in with Mr. Santosh. Also very good Chinese Restaurant with very attentive and friendly staff. Food is delicious.
It is predominantly a business hotel but the Staff was clueless about basic procedures like check-in etc. Make sure you check your invoice on check-out as there often are mistakes.
Good facilities. Excellent gym etc
Cost of food. One of the most expensive hotels for dinner. Danaher Rate was much worse than rate others got by booking direct
Negotiated a price of INR 6000 for SAP employees and thats really attractive for a quality hotel. The ambience is good, situated on a hill and overlooking the lake. The lake facing rooms are nice // not so much the hill facing. The new tower is much better than the older section of the hotel. Extremely courteous staff.
A bit far from shops/hotels if you plan to visit the places by walk. Restaurants in the hotel are extremely expensive escpecially for drinks.
Excellent Breakfast Buffett. Very friendly staff.
Rooms are not well maintained.
