Negative The room is little bit noisy at night with the foot steps from the floor right above easily heard. The noise from the adjacent rooms seems to be OK. If walking to downtown, the path will go through an area under I-10 bridge, where quite a few homeless

Positive The room was spacious and clean however not decorated at all. The staff were helpful, much better rates than the hotels closer to the Convention Center & Downtown Negative Older building in a bit of a run-down neighborhood just outside downtown. Positive Close to downtown, huge indoor parking space, huge room (2-room suite), nice building in good condition, very clean, very friendly staff, the bar/restaurant serves good quality food and beverages for a reasonable price.
