Positive Very friendly personell. Nice Swimming-Pool. Helpful Concierge. Poor surrounding, yet good restaurants, Spa and big store in walking distance (one just has to find them). Nice hotel bar. Nice looking interior. Two little bottles of water free every day. Negative Swimming pool closes at 9:00 pm --> Unfortunately no midnight swimming. Not enough elevators. To get from top down to bottom can take a long time. No tourist maps in the hotel were in the hotel available.
