We were accommodated very friendly and the hotel room was excellent for a single person to stay visiting Frankfurt for a business trip.

I did not like the part where we as a Lufthansa Employee booking this hotel from HRS did not breakfast cost included in the hotel accommodation and I had to pay them separately at my own cost. I think this must be taken into moving forward, since people like us visiting from Dubai for short business trips stays should not have the hassle to stroll around Frankfurt searching for breakfast meals that are cheaper. Kindly consider this as part of the package offer to avoid loosing your Lufthansa customers.

Missing trash bin, no coffee/tea maker in the room. Just one small table next to beds - second bed without table.
