i have stayed several times in your hotel and liked it a lot. lately I noticed that the bath is not always clean, smell from WC and for example dirty pillow during this stay.

Zimmer war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Badezimmer war nicht richtig sauber. Föhn hat nicht funktioniert. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Zimmer hat nach rauch gestunken und das einchecken ins Hotel lief sehr holprig.

the bathroom was beautiful however there seemed to be mold along the inside of my shower on 1 side. I did not report while there.
