Convenience and location

Extremely small. Ran out of soap in bath. Could not ask for replacement since I was in the shower. Staff was very transactional and not hospitable at all

Reception staff were excellent, lots of information provided and very knowledgeable 

I was expecting some amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste. Also only 1 coat hanger was provided.
