The apartment wasn't very clean and also no one come to clean it the other day.i didn't recive the email directly after check in so i ended in the hall waiting for someone to open the door of the floor because i didn't have the code.

Einrichtung der Küche und auch sonst die Sauberkeit und das Angebot andich.
Die Trennwand zur Küche hatte einige Gebrauchsspuren. Einen Hinweis auf ein elektronisches Gästebuch, über das man eventuell gewisse Dinge, wie die Entsorgung des Mülls etc, hätte nachfragen können, wäre wirklich hilfreich gewesen.

The WiFi connection was catastrophic, and this is a major aspect for me as a guest.
I tried to connect with my iPhone to the WiFi but gave up after 3 attempts. It took me between 3-8 attempts to connect my notebook to the WiFi. Even when connected, it automatically disconnected when my network was idle for some time, e.g. I was reading a longer news article on my laptop. After being disconnected, I had the same pain connecting again. Happened to me at least 3 times during my stay.

The personal apartment handover takes place with our house manager, which can be done Mon. to Fri. between 03:00 pm and 06:00 pm. If you arrive outside these hours, you will receive instructions from us by email on the day of your arrival, with which you can easily check in on your own. Payment on site only possible during opening hours.
