It was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good. But I think this is mostly a flight layover hotel, for a short stay only.
No toletries top-up, you have to ask for that in case of a longer stay. No slippers and room was without carpet, no towel change if you stayed 3 days like me. I have my own so nothing bothered me that much, but I expected those things for the hotel room value. Otherwise it was nice and clean. Hotel parking is quite expensive, run by independent garage as it seems, around 23 eur per day and I couldn't find this information anywhere while booking a room.

Tolle Zimmer, gelegentlich lange Schlangen beim Check-in. Grosser REWE gleich nebenan. Bushaltestellen und S-Bahn fussläufig.
Hatte leider Pech, weil ein Gast in der Küchen etwas anbrennen ließ, da war die Nachtruhe durch den Alarm beendet und dann musste ich noch das Zimmer wechseln, weil der Geruch durch die Rauchentwicklung unerträglich war. Man hat den Zimmerwechsel an der Rezeption sehr gut gemanagt.
