Located near the United Nations Building and the Austria Center, this brand new property offers the luxury of marble bathrooms with separate toilets and an excellent service at an affordable price. Guests can enjoy freshly ground coffee at no extra charge as well as complimentary Internet access from the privacy of their room. The underground station 'Kagraner Platz' is only in 280m walking distance and it takes all but 12 min.on the U1 train to reach the heart of Vienna with its famous historical buildings, museums, theaters and exciting shopping opportunities. The giant ferries wheel in the Viennese Prater is reachable in 7 minutes train ride only. The 'Copa Kagrana' Entertainment area on the Danube can be reached within 5 minutes, offering from April to September a choice of Restaurants and hot-spot lounges as well as a vast array of active leisure opportunities starting from relaxed walking, jogging, bicycling, roller skating or boating.

A modern coffee machine prepares an assortment of gourmet coffee choices, from Espresso to Latte Macchiato from 7 AM till 12 PM free of charge. Parking reservations have to be made by telephone!
