The Antares Hotel is located in Düsseldorf's Friedrichstadt district, in the heart of the state capital of North Rhine-Westphalia. The main train station, the famous Königsallee shopping boulevard and the old town can all be reached within a ten minute walk. Düsseldorf Airport and the trade fair are a twenty-minute drive away. Almost all the major local and long-distance trains as well as urban and underground trains are a short walk from the hotel.

All 48 non-smoking rooms are bright and friendly. Standard features include a double bed, a desk, a TV and a safe. Some rooms are come with a mini bar. The well-maintained bathroom has a bath or shower,with towels and a hair dryer available. If you have any questions, the reception as well as the room service staff will be happy to help. Positive The room was mostly well cleaned. Negative The hotel is on a four lane street separated by a tram line. The windows are extremely outdated. The room hence was very noisy from very early in the morning to very late at night. WiFi coverage through out the hotel very patchy.

Positive - noise level was reasonable, dough if someone slamed a door in on the hol-way you would deffenetly hear it and it would wake you up. Negative - there was no heat in the room; - regular room price was about 40-50 eur a night, but i paid 444 due to the fact that a medical convention was in town; - bathroom door had a big hole in it.
