Positive Sonderpreis über das WE war sehr günstig, Freundlichkeit des Personals kann nur hervorgehoben werden, Hotel zentral gelegen dennoch ruhig. Negative Einzelzimmer ist nahe am Aufzug gelegen, der leider sehr laut ist - wer keinen tiefen Schlaf hat, wird jedes Mal wach, wenn er wieder gerufen wird.

Positive Very pleasant room, food and staff. Convenient for public transport (short walk to S-Bahn, tram stop right outside). Particularly liked availability of free apples at reception. Negative Only inevitably difficulty was choosing between having window shut (quite hot) or open (quite loud) - there are a couple of bars with outside seating a short distance away, but the noise was neither very bad nor very late.

Positive Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful at all times. Negative Only reason I marked the price low was that they were inflated, as always, when major trade shows are on. But cant really blame them :-)
