Hotel location
Evaluations of Amman Airport
Much better than expected for the price. Free shuttle to the airport 5 minutes away. Fantastic location - better to stay here than 30 minutes away in Amman, especially if heading to Petra.
A little confusion about the reservation, maybe because the hotel goes by another name now, so there may have been a change of ownership.
Room was clean // a big surprise for Jordan.
The hotel staff stoled my wife luggage with all her clothes. Her luggage was off loaded at the hotel from the taxi but was missing when our luggage was delivered to our room. The Manager did not take the reported theft seriously and was no help in recovering the luggage. My wife left Jordan dressed in a blanket from Eygpt Air wrapped as a dress. The Golden Tulip offered no clothing for my wife. If you are not Muslim do no stay at this hotel.
Proximity to the airport.
Certainly the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I stay an average of 80-100 nights in hotels in a year globally and I can cerayinly understand shortcomings - but this is something else. Suggest you remove them from your hotel list to avoid dilution of your own brand.
