Evaluations of Crowne Plaza AMMAN
Room equipments, breakfast and friendly staff.
A bit noise can be heard clearly when other guests are passing from the corridors.
I don't like carpet in the rooms as it is hot but not really good for hygien. We had direct negotiated prices at JOD 105,6 breakfast included, less than on the site here.
I am used to go in this hotel which is 5 minutes walking distance from Monsanto offices, and easy to get out of amman when we visit trials at customers. Service and overall quality are good but price can be high now.
Cleanliness in the rooms can be improved. Low value for the high room rates.
Very friendly and helpful staff at reception, breakfast and lounge. Very good and modern gym. Outdoor pool aera is great! Food is good quality and safe.
Hotel is not near the city center but 5 km away, next to the 6th Circle Zahran street. During Ramadan the outdoor pool was used for special events. After 4 pm the outdoor pool was closed and the hotel guest had to use the indoor pool. Room was clean but a bad smell went out of the bathroom equipment when the window was closed, in the room no bad smell only in bathroom. When window was open everything was fine, I decided to sleep with open window which is was also OK. I do believe it is a closed circulation/pressure problem and not a cleanness problem..
Very friendly hotel staff. Nice Executive Lounge on top floor. Easy and free access to W_LAN.
The hotel is not located near or in Rainbow Street and Downtown Amman.
