Hotel The Richwood (Devon)

When it comes to accommodation on the English Riviera, the Richwood is the only one which offers a combination of great facilities, excellent hospitality and a bistro which serves delicious Lebanese,  European and English cuisine. We also offer evening meals (ordered in advance).

The Richwood is a Victorian mansion, comfortably furnished, centrally heated throughout, with a cosy bar, seasonally heated swimming pool and sun terrace. 

The Richwood is situated a 20 minute stroll from the seafront and town center. You want to enjoy the nightlife and attractions that Devon has to offer? Or just want a quiet break? …Then the Richwood is the place to be.  

All 13 bedrooms are Ensuite, have colour TV with DVD players and tea and coffee making facilities. Ideal for families, there are reduced terms for children when sharing with parents. Children aged 3 to 9 years pay 60% of the adult price and children under 3 years of age stay for free! Should you require a cot in your room please advise us prior to arrival, or when you make your reservation. If you wish to book a room for more than three children, please call and we will give you a good price.

The beautiful countryside of Devon is on the doorstep and the rugged charm of the Cornish coast within your reach…

Fun for all the family: There are beaches for safe swimming, water-skiing, sea and river cruises, boating and wind surfing, tennis, fishing, golf, putting, riding and pony trekking. For those who like to explore there are miles of costal walks at hand, many historical towns to visit and the rugged beauty of Dartmoor is only half an hour’s drive away.
