Located on the Butte de Caumont hilltop with panoramic views of Houlgate, this residence is just a 20-minute walk from the beach and town centre. It offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool open from May to September. An ALGOTHERM spa with an indoor heated swimming pool measuring 12x5 metres, a sauna and a hammam are also available on site at an extra cost. A private balcony or terrace features in all of the houses and apartments at Pierre & Vacances Premium Residence & Spa Houlgate. Each has a seating area and a TV with international channels. Free low-speed WiFi is available in all areas. A kitchenette with hotplates is included in the accommodation at Spa Houlgate. Some kitchen areas have a Nespresso coffee machine. Activities available in the area include excursions to the D-Day beaches. Free private parking is possible on site subject to availability, and guests can also visit Trouville-sur-Mer, which is 22 km away. Alternatively, the reception can help organise yachting and tennis activities in the local area. Please note that the spa and the indoor swimming pool are available at an additional cost and are accessible only to guests aged 14 and over. If you plan to arrive outside check-in hours, please contact the property in advance to arrange key collection. Prices include all taxes and fees (except tourist tax and any booking fees), TV, bath linen (one large towel and one small towel), household linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), a cleaning kit, beds made upon arrival, end-of-stay cleaning (except for the kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access and two bathrobes.
