For stays of any length, beds can be made upon arrival for an additional cost per person. Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen (one large towel and one small towel), household linen (one kitchen towel and one bath mat), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes), TV, free basic WiFi access for up to five devices, as well as all taxes and fees except the tourist tax. Guests staying longer than one week may renew selected services at reception at the end of each week. After booking, guests may reserve the exact location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly, subject to availability and an additional charge. For invoice requests, please note that invoices are issued under the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the booking policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. A credit card pre-authorisation (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be required upon arrival.
