The 2012 openend B&B Hotel in Graz has a perfect central location 5 minutes to the main train station (wher you reach the Airport by train) and just a 10 minute walk into the city center. The tram stops as well just a few steps from the hotel and brings you to all areas of Graz.
The hotel is the great place for smart travellers, families and business people at the same time. It has bright rooms with FLAT SCREEN TV, FREE WIFI throughout the whole hotel. There is a meeting/lobby space for all hotel guests with tables and chairs nearby the reception. You find there vending machines for coffe and drinks. If you looking for a budget room - you find it here with shared bath just across your room for BEST PRICE in town. The continental breakfast is served daily from 7 to 10 in the hotel lobby on fully prepared trays - Additional cost apply. It contains of unlimeted coffee or tea and assorted cheese and ham , bread, jam and butter and more. Also there are partner restaurants available for all hotel guests and payable right there.
Choose your perfect start into the day from 7 am. Famous companies of Graz like AVL, Infineon and others are just in walking distance. Public transfer brings you to every place in Graz in less than 20 Minutes. Use the train for city escapes in the sourroundings of GRAZ! The Annenhof cinema, various fast-food places and entertainment places as well as the 24hour open grocery store at the train station is within walking distance.
For those arriving with cars, parking is not a problem and available without reservations jus outside the hotel (approx 1,20 / hour) . Alternatively you find a garage just next building as well. Prices do vary according to your lenght of stay and choice. Feel free to contact us for more information. The recepiton is reachable around the clock via phone but physically present only unitl 5pm.
After 5 pm arrivals you need a code to enter the hotel which you obtain by phone or Reservation confrimation email FROM THE HOTEL . Same day arrivals check your mail or call. There is a checking in - machine which helps you to easily get your room keys upon arrival for times when the reception is closed. Kids are free upto 2 years in the room of parents. Early checkouts are easily prepared for you.
The Reception is open daily from 7.00 am - 6.00 pm. CHECK-IN: 3.00 pm -open end CECK-OUT: until 10.30 am Self Check in after 6.00 pm: Use the main entrance at Annenstrasse 60, 8020 Graz. The self check-in kiosk is located to the right of the entrance. CAUTION: You need a BANKOMAT or CREDIT CARD to open the door.
