The Acuarium II apartments are suitable for both families and groups looking for a well deserved break, with adequate value for money facilities.The apartments are surrounded by bars, cafes, shops and restaurants.One bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom with two single beds, open plan lounge with kitchen and dining area including a sofa bed for two, full bathroom and terrace.Studios do not have a bedroom, but a sofa bed in the living area.Safety deposit boxes, televisions and cots are available to rent.The complex, a building made up of 22 floors, boasts two tennis courts (payable locally), swimming pool with children`s area (open during summer months) and sun loungers (payable locally)Only the persons named in the booking may use the apartment. Nuevhogar will not refund any amount on the agreed price once the apartment has been occupied. On collecting the keys, clients must pay a deposit of 200 Euros. This deposit will be reimbursed the day the contract ends once we have checked that no damage has occurred. Should damage occur in the apartment, the full amount must be paid, using the deposit. Should the client depart before 09:30 h, Sunday or bank holiday, the deposit will be refunded by postal order or transferred to their bank account. The apartments can be occupied as from 17 h. by default. This time could be brought forward, should the previous departure allow. Apartments must be vacated by 10AM on the last day.The apartment is cleaned and checked prior to arrival. All include linen and towels on arrival according to the number of people who will occupy the apartment without exceeding the maximum quota assigned. Requests for high floor, low floor, glassed in balconies and other types of requests will be taken into consideration, although they can never be guaranteedAt the time of booking we charge 25% of the total. Refundable under the cancellation policy.
