For stays of 28 nights or more, a 200EUR monthly contribution for utility bills (electricity, water, gas) applies, payable in advance at check-in. As per Barcelona law (Ley Ciudadana - April 2017), we are required to collect passport details for all guests. This information is submitted to the police within 24 hours of your check-in, just like in a hotel. A security deposit is required and will be held on your credit card. It will be refunded 7 days after check-out. If paid in cash, the refund will be made via bank transfer, and any transfer fees will be the guests responsibility.
