Centrally located, nice and helpful staff.
Perfect location, very central, close to places, sights, transportation. Reception and dining room staff were extremely friendly.
EVERYTHING was marvellous!!!! I have hardly ever encountered such friendly, caring and helpful staff in my 50 years of travelling!!! Wynns is a winner. The bathroom was phenomenal, the lighting was exceptional, the bed was comfortable, and the efficient heating and heated towel rack were much appreciated. Well done and congratulations to the management and staff!!!
This hotel is in a convenient area of Dublin and close to transit. I loved the room I had as it was well appointed and very comfortable.
I was gratefully placed at the rear of the building so I wouldn't have to hear sounds from a private party, and although I didn't have a view (not a big deal) I did hear a lot of plates and racket from a kitchen. Not sure if it was from this hotel or a neighboring facility though.
Character of hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with good choices and excellent service. Proximity to tram stop and O'Connell Street. Reliable and efficient lift.
Bath towels too small. Wardrobe badly designed, not enough hanging space (ironing board badly located) and lower hanging rail too low for shirts. There was only one bedside table and no drawer space.
The staff were excellent, friendly and professional. It was our 10th wedding anniversary and they made our stay enjoyable and memorable.
The only negative was the noise of the trams late into the night.
We loved the friendliness and the professionalism of all the staff members at the hotel. The staff were very attentive to us. The Bathroom was beautiful. The noise was very low. The hotel was spotless. All the staff from the restaurant to the receptionists and the upstairs room service staff were very polite, very friendly and helpful at all times. And we would definitely stay there again and looking forward to going back again.
The bed linen was a bit dated compared to the modern surroundings. What a missed in the room was a hairdryer and a lamp on the large writing desk. But that is just me been picky. The noise level was very low but is the rating of 9 high or is 3 a low score??.
