Positive Free coffee in the morning, cleanliness of the room, the option to have my sheet changed daily, the bar service was really nice, the staff generally are really nice and friendly :) Negative A few bulbs in the room went off prior to me checking in perhaps maintenance can improve a little, the ironing board was not equipped with the cover so I had to call and ask for one :(

Positive I have always love the W and W Buckhead has lived up to the standard of W as always. The staff was very friendly. Even though I barely waited to check in, the check-in staff felt bad making me "wait" so she gave me a free drink coupon on the house so that Negative The only ding I would give is the wiring of the extension cords in the hotel room. It wasn't really nice to see it exposed to any guest. Other than that the stay was very pleasant.
