The location of the hotel is very nice. Such a nice city, and location of the hotel for tourists is simply great. Staffs were friendly and provided guidance to the city.

The interiors were good, looked good. But the bath tube's spill protector failed miserably, you can't take showers without the water leaking through the sides of the protector. That needed a big fix!

They canceled the booking without notifying me. They tried to contact the agency but after working hours and decided it is enough trying so i arrived at 12 AM tired from a day of traveling just to learn i have to spend the night looking for another hotel...

When we booked the hotel the website, the map showed the hotel on La Rambla in Barcelona which is exactly where we wanted to stay, however when we got to La Rambla we couldn't find the hotel so we jumped in a cab, he then drove us 10-15mins from La Rambla! Staff cannot be reasoned with, AC Vilamari's motto is customer is always wrong... Bad experiences, bad hotel positioning Definately only a business hotel
