Positive Very comfortable and dignified furnishing in the reception area and in the bar. Staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Negative Breakfast was short-staffed and not well organized.

Positive This is a big hotel not far from Brussels but it was comfortable and reasonable value. Negative Finding the entrance was difficult. The hotel is located on a very busy road junction and without clear directions we had to take a trip down a motorway and back, in a trafic jam! The address is not accurate enough for our sat nav.
