Positive Good quality budget hotel very conveniently located next to the train station and a short walk from the old city. Excellent value for the price. Negative The area near the hotel appeared a bit rough at night.

Positive Good location (chosen because of location to train station). Friendly staff. 24hr check in available. Negative Very small, cramped rooms - price is not justified (and pictures make it look bigger). Shower head is not connected to the wall which I thought seemed a bit odd and annoying.

Positive 2005 frisch renoviert, wifi, lift, zentrale lage 5 min vom bahnhof, 20 min zum strand Negative klimaanlage und wifi haben nicht funktioniert. das hotel liegt in der bahnhofsgegend und die umgebung wirk vor allem abends etwas "wild". jede menge lokale rundhereum, eher schwarze und ndische kunden. kein richtuger parkplatz - zwischen 9 und 19 uhr muss

Positive Reception staff were very friendly. Room was small but reasonable for the location in Nice. It was a 15 minute walk to the beach and there was plenty to look at on the way. The main shopping street with the trams is the next block which is handy for getti Negative Bathroom had just been renovated, but needed to be cleaned with some bleach, as the mildew was growing in the grout and could have been easily prevented with proper cleaning. We needed to open the window after coming in after being out, as the mouldy smel
