Positive clean and staff were friendly. bed was comfortable . good location Negative hotel security door was broken and fire doors were left open at all times. anybody could enter the corridors . I did not feel secure.

Positive The staff were very helpful given I needed medical assistance on friday 2/10/15. The young lady on duty was helpful and caring and contact the ambulance service promptly. Negative I was not aware there was no car par and I did not know I would have to pay for parking. I do accept this may have been something I over looked, however it did make things rather difficult in view of my son's health issues..
