Evaluations of Royale Chulan Bukit Bintang
The aircon is blowing warm air. This is the second time with this hotel. Techncian did not come after 15 minutes. Requested to change room and their faces is like I owed them a living. Please do not stay inthis hotel if at all possible.
The road to the hotel is always jam even at midnight.
Did not like the environment. The aminities are not good as well. Would definately not recommend for any associate to book this hotel.

i can hear a noice from the side room
Very near to the different shopping areas and restaurants.
No one helped me with my luggages going up the room and when I got there they were still cleaning the room so I had to wait for 45 minutes. I just got in from a red eye flight so this bothered me a lot
