Positive Nice hotel and reasonable price; food quality was good. Negative Staff not welcoming as one would expect. They were helpful, but only when asked. Internet connection was extremely slow. Positive Physically, a beautiful modern building in a beautiful relaxing area of Rome. The rooms are ultra modern and beautifully designed. Breakfast staff was friendly and made a great presentation. Special coffees were available on request Negative Upon arriving at the hotel on 10/30, we were greeted by a rude,condescending,aloof desk clerk. My wifes comment was that he was having a bad day. He left for a few minutes and could be heard in the office yelling at someone. Upon his return, I asked about
