Positive The hotel has the 4th floor assigned only for business type travel. The breakfast is very consistent and there is decent coffee. The location is incredibly convenient if you are coming to the US Consulate. Negative The hotel other floors get very crowded at times, making it kind of difficult to get breakfast. Sometimes there is too much noise coming from other floors. You should understand this is a very busy hotel next to the US Consulate.
