Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Excellent location. Clean and functional gym. External sound insulation.

I like this hotel and stay here frequently, so hopefully you will find my feedback constructive. There are some things that I noticed are decrease in quality and overall impression, hence I was slightly disappointed this time. The sink drain was completely clogged (room 208), water was flowing out extremely slowly. Wifi is very slow, measured 2Mbps, it was almost impossible to work from the room, even for office apps (no streaming). There was an uncomfortable protrusion on the bed closer to the window, on the level of middle back. Espresso in the breakfast area is substandard, it was weak and diluted, I would expect a better one in France! Sound insulation is amazing from the inside, but pretty bad from surrounding rooms and hallway.

Occasional bang sounds (maybe from water/gas pipes, or ventilation?), which would wake me up randomly. Coffee from the coffee machine at breakfast could be better.

Room, Breakfast

I was not provided with receipts for the room service food after requesting it twice. Therefore, I cannot request the company to pay these expenses and I will have to pay them from my own pocket. I was told receipts are not provided even though I was given receipts the first time I came to Toulouse and also on the first day I requested room service this time (1st Dec). I cannot come back if I don't trust receipts will be provided when room service is needed. I'm telling colleagues to pay attention to this.
