Cleanliness. The hotel is nice to be honest, clean, friendly staff, good smell etc

Rooms are not human factored (no wardrobe, windows that can't open, no electrical sockets/not working), access card to the room not working time to time, A/C not working good, noise coming from the aisle, no blackout curtains.

Bad customer experience with the shuttle

This is for sure a good hotel and you will sleep without issues, but compared to other Radisson Blu and the price you are paying, it doesn't meet the expectations at all

Friendliness of staff, especially Vincent at check-in.

Not especially. I have been before and will likely come back. If I were to improve anything would be to use real scrambled eggs at breakfast. Also the freshness of the smoked salmon could be improved.

Close to the main express way linking the airport to the city, the hotel is 10 Km from Toulouse City center. A french restaurant tempting guests with innovative dishes that combine local produce with fresh cooking techniques. With eleven meeting rooms from 20 to 50 sqm, one expansive ballroom of 330 sqm, and a flexible pre function area. The hotel can easily cater a variety of meetings and events. All meeting rooms have natural daylight and are equipped with latest audiovisual equipment and high speed internet access.
