The general athmosfere is relaxed and pleasant.
The fact that the A/C cannot be turned off was really a big problem. Not being able to control the room temperature is bad but mostly I had wind bloing very stronly on me the whole night adn I had to sleep with a hoodie. There are some issue that I can live with but this is something that bothers me a lot and a reason for not selecting a hotel.

Just one thing..Complimentary water bottles or paid drinks in the room would have been beneficial nor helpful.
