The room was much too hot with no ways to reduce the temperature. This is not acceptable for such a hotel.

During a recent business trip to Bremen, I was assigned a room with a window facing the lobby/bar area. The noise from this area continued until very late (after 02:00 am), which significantly disrupted my sleep.
