overall met expectations with the exception that no kettle is in the room for hot water nor available upon request. Ketlle is tied to premium room rates (?) i understand. As Asian people will tend to prefer hot/warm water, it will be good a kettle can be available upon request.

Bed is comfortable and room is clean. Very convenient location, with supermarket, dm, nice restaurants nearby. as well as public transport

There is no control at the lift. Anyone can take the lift to the hotel room. There is no kettle in the room, there is no coffee and tea in the room. I would rather replace the complimentary soft drink to coffee, tea.
