The check-in and check-out procedure took way too long, with long waiting lines and lengthy interaction once at the counter. Comparing to other hotels (also in Frankfurt), there seems to something in the process that is inefficient. Also it would be good to flexibly bring staff to the front desk when there are long lines. My frustration with the process was shared by many others.
