Nothing, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Everything...... The entire hotel is in a very poor state of repair, the staff appear indifferent, the breakfast was poorly cooked and served by a chef who liked to berate hotel guests, the parking was shambolic. The whole hotel, including my room were not really clean. I could not close the window in my room. The bathroom fan was ridiculously loud. The rooms nearby were very also very loud. Easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I was required to give a My feel-good factor rating but the system only offers options implying an adequate service that this hotel did not deliver. This hotel requires an inadequate rating, I struggle to believe that it is the only allowed option in the area given that I have previously stayed in many reasonably priced and far superiors local hotels in the past.
