Guests must reserve by phone by 6:00 PM on the day prior to use, specifying the preferred time and pick-up/drop-off location. Available locations include Niseko Station, Niseko Ikoino Yuyado Iroha, and Niseko Hondori Bus Stop. Same-day reservations are not accepted. Shuttle service is available only for check-in and check-out. Kutchan Station is not serviced. Rooms are available in Japanese-style with futon bedding, Western-style with beds, or a combination of beds and a tatami seating area. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and refrigerator. Renovated in May 2017, the hotel features natural hot spring baths with water flowing directly from the source. Guests can enjoy a unique blend of two types of hot spring water. Both indoor baths and one of the largest open-air baths in the Niseko Kombu Onsen area are available. The open-air bath is mixed-gender, and complimentary yūami wear is provided. A women-only open-air bath is also available. Guests can enjoy a chef’s choice dinner featuring seasonal ingredients and a Japanese set breakfast. Meals may be served in a buffet style depending on circumstances. Additional facilities include a coin launderette and luggage storage. Ski equipment rentals and ski lessons are available at an additional charge. The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.
